Welcome to Cajon Pass Pictures Archive

June 5, 2004

Early morning and there was no traffic heading East from the SB yard, so I head up to the Summit and check out the traffic.  There was 4 different engines waiting to head down and this one took Main1 straight down.  This is just before Sullivan's curve.

Through Cajon Station, notice that it is number 4600.

A different angle and get some nice wild flowers at Cajon Station.

Same spot with new ES44AC's heading down.

After a chase I catch them at a new spot.

And as it passes.

Since it was 10:30 and the sun started to fade I decided to head back until the afternoon.  Here is GP9 at Cargil.

In the Afternoon this BNSF train is on the UP tracks, West Colton train.

A new spot for me at Sullivan's curve.

Nice new ES44DC

And a GP60B

And an old warrior.

The helper end.

And yes even a caboose.
